Write about a time you didn’t feel like yourself.

Prompt Response: A time that I didn't feel like myself was when I was really sick and I was out of it. I didn't feel like my self because I was really weak and felt terrible. I had the flu I think and the fever was very persistent. I eventually got better but I had to take a lot of days off of work which I didn't like because now that I just got my paycheck it is way smaller than I was hoping.

Summary: We listened to the MLK speech and identified Rhetoric.

Reflection: I learned how to identify Rhetoric in a speech efficiently.

In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?

Describe a single, specific incident that felt ridiculously bold or foolish. Ensure your response is vivid, concise, and captures the essence of absurdity.
