Describe one thing that makes you different from other people.

Prompt Response: Something that makes me different from a lot of people is that I am tall. I'm not that tall but compared to the average person my age I am usually taller or as tall as them. I do not know why because my mom is not that tall. My dad is also not that tall but my brother is. Maybe those height genes skipped a generation because my moms dad is very tall. He is still taller than me and he is 80 something. He's very old.

Summary: Learning more about poems and how to analyze them.

Reflection: I learned about the complexities of Emily Dickinson poems.

In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?
