When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt Response: I watch TV usually or go work out. I don't really have a whole list of things that I go right to. I just do whatever I feel like doing.  I might take a short walk, listen to music, or talk to someone I trust. These simple actions can help me shift my focus and improve my mood.

Summary: I did two common lits

Reflection: I read a couple passages.
